DraftKings at Casino Queen started as Casino Queen, a riverboat casino, in 1993. In 2020, DraftKings teamed up with Gaming and Leisure Properties to rebrand the casino as DraftKings at Casino Queen. This rebranding brought in a new sportsbook on the casino floor, providing top-notch betting choices and additional amenities.

Originally opened in 1993 as a riverboat casino under the ownership of real estate tycoon Bill Koman, DraftKings at Casino Queen has played a notable role in Illinois’ gambling history. The casino, initially located on the White Star One boat, made the transition to a land-based facility in 2006, allowing for an expansion of its gaming offerings.
