The Chicago Bears’ sole sports gambling partner changed its name to BetRivers in June. Mike Ditka has been signed to a multi-year contract as an & ldquo brand ambassador by BetRivers, one of the most illustrious Bears in franchise history. & rdquo,

The 1985 Bears, who won the Super Bowl, had Ditka as their head coach( or, more accurately, Da Coach & ldquo ). That was the final occasion the Bears had taken home the championship.

Ditka even served as a strong finish for the Bears for 12 times. He & rsquo is a Hall of Famer in the NFL.

Richard Schwartz, president of Rush StreetInteractive, which owns BetRivers, said:

We are honored to collaborate with one of the greatest mentors in NFL history, & ldquo, who has a longstanding presence in Chicago and is regarded as among the most significant numbers in contemporary athletics and culture. From player to coach to analyst, Mike Ditka was successful at every stage of the game. We & rsquo are thrilled for him to bring his expertise and passion to our sports betting arena at & nbsp, BetRivers.com. & rdquo,

Ditka will create content for BetRivers’ digital platforms, which includes the online sportsbook in Illinois. This will include “Da Coach’s Picks of the Week”as well as “Beat Da Coach,” the latter of which will focus on upcoming Chicago Bears games.

In a speech, Ditka said:

& ldquo, As a coach, I’ve always had one goal in mind: to win. BetRivers works to build trustworthy bonds with its customers. I & rsquo is eager to contribute to enhancing those ties even more by providing its players with winning strategies. & rdquo,

With condolences to several others, BetRivers could not have persuaded anyone other than Ditka, who is probably the most well-known living former Bear. He even has a great deal of internet experience.

BetRivers is obviously going all in on Da Bears.

Triangle of Bears, BetRivers, and Arlington Park

It has been a busy season for the Bears both on and off the area.

They made a splash by acquiring Arlington International Racecourse in addition to signing quarterback QB Justin Fields.

The Bears submitted a bid to buy the 326 acres of land. If Churchill Downs selects their offer, the Bears would ditch Soldier Field for Arlington Heights. It would represent a massive shift in the franchise’s business operations.

Additionally, BetRivers fits into that group. Rivers Casino in Des Plaines is collectively owned by Churchill Downs and Rush Street. Churchill Downs doesn’t seem to want to buy Arlington Park to anyone who wants to gamble at casinos like Rivers.

The Bears don’t fall into that bucket. And shortly after news broke that the Bears submitted a bid for Arlington Park, they struck an exclusive partnership with BetRivers.

It’s possible that the Bears are headed for the cities.

Underdogs for Bears Week 1 @ Rams

There is a lot to be excited about for Bears fans right now, but Week 1 against the Rams doesn’t fall into that category. Here are the latest Chicago Bears odds:

Chicago is currently a 7-point underdog at most Illinois online sportsbooks. Andy Dalton will likely get the start over Fields, and he may be operating behind a patchwork offensive line.

On Saturday, the Bears play the Dolphins to kick off their summer schedule.
